Rena Comer

Visionary Founder and CEO


Mrs. Sharline S Schneider-Comer, aka Rena is the Visionary Founder and CEO for Caribbean Crusade for Christ Worldwide, Inc. (CCCW) founded in 2010 and approved as a non-profit organization in 2012. She is a native of St. Thomas, United States Virgin Islands, and most importantly, a believer and follower of Jesus Christ. She is married to her beloved husband of 30 plus years and mother of two amazing sons. With the call of God on her life and a heartfelt attitude to serve, Rena actively engages in community outreach and ministers locally in the United States and the Caribbean. She believes in unity and the collaboration of all cultures and backgrounds in order for us to win the fight against homelessness and hopelessness, promoting hope towards a brighter future.

Rena has authored two study guides, “Basic Training for Deliverance Ministry,” designed to help build a biblical understanding of deliverance and “21 Days after My Encounter,”  a journal to help live a life of prayer. Rena also hosts a monthly blog talk radio broadcast, Spirit Matters with Rena, that encourages and empowers you towards the message of hope.

Rena holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, a graduate of Brookstone College of Business, a North Carolina Real Estate Broker, Member and Ambassador of the Adhoc Committe on African American Disparity (ACAAD) for the City of Greensboro, serving as a bridge-builder in community engagement efforts, Women in the Workforce Employee Relations Group, Hispanic & Latino Employee Relations Group and the National Forum for Black Public Administrators (NFBPA), City of Greensboro Chapter and former City of Greensboro Toastmaster’s President, Talk of the Town Toastmasters.  

Audrey A. Simmonds

Vice President


Ms. Audrey Simmonds is the Vice President of CCCW and founder and Owner/Operator of Island Flavor Catering. Sustaining a blessing to the multitude through the language of food is her true passion, but being of service to the less fortunate she believes is her calling. Being born and raised in St. Thomas United States Virgin Islands afforded her a very diverse cultural background filled with great lessons in morality and humility. As a mother of four grown young adults (3 daughters/ 1 son), She has been blessed with 6 wonderful grandchildren, 2 awesome sons in law and a beautiful daughter in law. After wearing many hats in the Retail Executive Management arena for over 30 years, she retired in 2012 from her position as Manager Trainer/District Coach at Footlocker Incorporated of which she earned many awards for leading sales in her district. Her focus is now catering and assisting with food based missions at ‘Redeeming Love Word Ministries’ where she is an active member.

Lucretia Schaffer

Chief Project Officer/CPO


Ms. Lucretia Schaffer is Chief Project Administrator. She is a devoted follower of Christ and is the daughter of Pastor Oliver and Beatrice Schaffer. She has worked for the Clearinghouse Payment Company for over sixteen years and currently holds the position as a Testing Coordinator in the Operation and Technology Department. She has years of experience in Operational Readiness for project implementation, product documentation and training within the organization. Lucretia previously served as a Girls Scout Team Leader for young girls. She believes in being a faithful and humble leader, ready to act as God leads to help meet the needs of others.

Jacqueline Schneider

Treasurer/CFO


Ms. Jacqueline Schneider is Treasurer/Chief Financial Officer (CFO). She is a native of the United States Virgin Islands and relocated to Greensboro, NC in 1996. She is the proud mother of two beautiful girls. She a devoted follower of Jesus Christ and understands the importance of salvation from a youth. She attained a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of North Carolina Greensboro in Finance, Insurance and Real Estate as well as an Associates of Arts in Office Administration from the University of the U.S. Virgin Islands. Her experiential and workforce knowledge includes administering multi-million dollar projects and managing office operations. Her desire is to be used as a vessel of God to build up His kingdom on earth.

Jane Lindsey

Chief Outreach Officer/COO


Mrs. Jane Lindsey and her family have been wholeheartedly involved in community outreach, showcasing their unwavering dedication and experience since 2004. With a strong foundation in community outreach and social justice, they are driven to bring a positive transformation in the lives of both individuals and communities. Leading diverse outreach teams, they have extended their support to single mothers, refugees, and individuals both on local and global scales. Internationally, their efforts have reached West Africa, including refugee camps in Ghana, Liberia, Guinea, and Sierra Leone. They have actively assisted refugees from these areas in their placement to the United States, offering crucial aid in areas such as housing, education, and transportation. Notably, they continue to successfully secure vital funds to meet initiatives in the community and globally.
