Rena Comer

Sharline Rena Comer

COO, Founder


Mrs. Sharline S Schneider-Comer, aka Rena is a conference speaker, author and chief operating officer of Caribbean Crusade for Christ Worldwide, Inc. (CCCW) founded in 2012.  As a believer in Jesus Christ with a strong call for deliverance on her life, she engages in local community outreach and ministers throughout the United States and the Caribbean facilitating retreats and conferences.

Rena has authored two study guides, “Basic Training for Deliverance Ministry,” designed to help build a biblical understanding of deliverance and “21 Days after My Encounter,”  a journal to help live a life of prayer. Rena also hosts a monthly blog talk radio broadcast, Spirit Matters with Rena, that encourages and empowers you with messages on Kingdom Living.

Rena holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, a graduate of Brookstone College of Business, a North Carolina Real Estate Broker, member of the African American Network (AAN),  Women in the Workforce Employee Relations Group, Hispanic & Latino Employee Relations Group and the National Forum for Black Public Administrators, City of Greensboro Chapter

She is a native of St. Thomas, United States Virgin Islands, and most importantly, a believer in Jesus Christ, a wife and mother of two amazing sons.

Audrey A. Simmonds

1st Vice President


Ms. Audrey Simmonds is the Founder and Owner/Operator of Island Flavor Catering. Sustaining a blessing to the multitude through the language of food is her true passion, but being of service to the less fortunate she believes is her calling. Being born and raised in St. Thomas United States Virgin Islands afforded her a very diverse cultural background filled with great lessons in morality and humility. As a mother of four grown young adults (3 daughters/ 1 son), She has been blessed with 6 wonderful grandchildren, 2 awesome sons in law and a beautiful daughter in law. After wearing many hats in the Retail Executive Management arena for over 30 years, she retired in 2012 from her position as Manager Trainer/District Coach at Footlocker Incorporated of which she earned many awards for leading sales in her district. Her focus is now catering and assisting with food based missions at ‘Redeeming Love Word Ministries’ where she is an active member.

Constance Speight

2nd Vice President


Mrs. Constance Speight is a wife, mother and grandmother. She values spending time with her immediate and extended family, traveling and quiet time. She serves as the Director of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (D, E, & I) for Cone Health, a          not-for profit comprehensive health care network based in Greensboro, NC. Her role involves assisting others in creating an atmosphere that ensures all are respected, accepted, valued, and empowered to fully participate. Constance’s proven ability to have open and honest communication allows her to connect and build cooperative relationships. She has the innate ability to identify potential challenges and collaborate to create solutions which drive process improvements in an environment that fosters trust. As a continuous learner, Constance has worked in various roles throughout Cone Health. Constance educational background includes a M.S. in Organizational Psychology & Development and a B.S. in Business Management.

Dan Hubbard

Board Member, Treasurer


Mr. Dan Hubbard is a Senior Financial Services Officer at State Employees’ Credit Union in Greensboro, NC. He previously worked in the Insurance Industry for State Farm in both his native state of Wisconsin and North Carolina. Dan has also been on staff at churches as an associate pastor in both Wisconsin and North Carolina.

Dan graduated from North Central University in Minneapolis, MN with a Pastoral Studies degree. He enjoys spending time with his family while cheering on his favorite sports teams.

Dessie Cofield

Executive Board Member


Mrs. Dessie Cofield is a native of St. Louis Missouri and is currently employed by the City of Greensboro in the Inspection and Engineering department. She is a Toastmaster with the City of Greensboro Talk of the Town Toastmasters of which she has proudly held many positions including Sergeant At Arms, VP Membership and currently Executive Administrative Secretary. It is in Toastmasters where she gained the majority of her leadership and communications skills.

Dessie is also a personal Real Estate Investor and encourages others to be self-motived and become a self-starter. She is a team player and enjoy working with others. Dessie is the proud mother of 2 children and enjoys spending time with her family and her 6 grandchildren.

Pamela Robinson

Board Advisor


Mrs. Pam Robinson is the founder and CEO of Transforming Wings of Healing, LLC, a 501© (3) nonprofit organization with the mission of promoting awareness of sexual assault, childhood trauma and offering healing programs. Through years of spiritual and clinical counseling, she learned that victims of trauma like herself often bury the pain and move on with life. After her research and determination to understand how she was able to repress those memories, she became determined to help women like herself heal from the inside out. Mrs. Robinson is the creator of The Promise Rainbow Tea, which is an annual fundraising event that attracts women for the purpose of fellowship, food and fun.

She is a sought-after speaker, with a number of keynote speaking engagements. After a corporate career in the hospitality industry and a partnership in a boutique, Mrs. Robinson transitioned alongside her real estate guru husband, Tony Robinson Sr., into real estate. Owning together six real estate companies, Mrs. Robinson manages the operation of a NC Licensed Real Estate Firm and Property Management Firm. She is a proud wife, mom and nana. Pam is a Christian who believes that God allowed her difficulties in life to turn into a testimony to help others.
